Salon 7 — Deposit & Refund Policy
To provide the best scheduling experience and ensure fairness to both our clients and stylists, Salon 7 has implemented the following deposit and appointment
policies:
Salon 7 — Deposit & Refund Policy
• We kindly require 48 hours notice to move, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.
• Appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or a cancellation fee.
Deposits (UPDATED)
• A 100% Full Deposit is required for all online bookings at the time of booking.
• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Refunds
• Deposits are refundable only if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations/reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice.
